Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal working very hard since its establishment. The Board is responsible to take the annual examination in fair and crystal way. No violence bear during examination. In these students are working very hard to get good marks in annual examination as very students knows merit is huge for well reputation and rank universities/institutes. They need to get really good marks to admission in well rank universities. Before announcing the Date Sheet, Board announced the registration date and all the students who wants to take part in annual examination need to submit their registration form within due date. After completing registration process, Board announced the Date Sheet and issue roll number slips to students. After issuing roll numbers, Board take the annual examination in fair and transparent way and announced the result within two months. After declaring result, Board take the supplementary examination for failed students.
